Resveratrol return-policy

Shipping:

Orders received before 10 AM (NY time, Mon-Fri) are usually mailed on the same day. Orders received after 10 AM are mailed same or next business day.

USA Orders under $250.00 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation and when confirmed delivered as posted on USPS site, are considered mailed and delivered. Orders above $250.00 will be mailed via USPS or FedEx via Signature Proof of delivery method (allow 2- 3 days for delivery). Certain orders under $250.00 may be shipped via Signature Required method. Customer may also request Signature Confirmation method for any order.

International orders under $80.00 are shipped via USPS first class Air Mail. Orders above $90.00 are shipped via USPS Priority trackable mail (Please allow 7-15 days for delivery). Mega Resveratrol will not be responsible for any delay caused by any customs agency.

Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our products you may return or exchanged as per the following:

A. Product(s) must be returned (mailed) via Priority Mail, Signature Confirmation method, within 21
     days of receipt.
B. Any returned or exchanged product must include prior authorization from our company.
C. If more than one bottle is to be returned or exchanged, only one open bottle may be returned.
D. Refund may not include the actual mailing cost to and from customer.
E. Open bags of resveratrol powder may not be returned
F. International ordersts returned for any reason, including refusal by any Customs Agency are subject to a
    8% (of product price) or 15.00 handling fee (whichever is greater), plus the ACTUAL mailing cost.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

Wholesale purchases are special orders and may not be returned for a refund. Certain orders may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt and with prior authorization from our company.
